What a great experience overall, Randy was an amazing salesman with absolutely no pressure. He absolutely made my experience along with Josh in parts and Craig in finance what a five star team. Josh surprised me by being able to get some awesome accessories that were on back order. He even spent his own time installing them on my bike before I picked it up. Craig had all my information ready to go and could easily answer all of my financing questions which made it quick and easy! Randy was very easy to get ahold of and knew everything about the bikes. I found a motorcycle that I had been searching for for well over a year with most of the accessories I was wanting. Contacted Buzz and Steve to work the deal all by phone. Drove 3.5hrs one way to see the bike and complete the deal. Spoke with a service tech who had alot of knowledge on the bike. We found amazing customer service and real people who care at Maxim Honda and Yamaha. No only did they order a dirtbike for our son, they held it for me until I was able to pick it up on Christmas Eve so I could surprise him with a Christmas Day reveal. We were lucky enough to have our Soldier on video chat as our Son found his dirtbike on Christmas morning and it is a memory we all will have forever. I was looking for 2 Honda crf250f bikes got hold of a dealership around Houston. Went back and forth about the price after 2 days of going back and forth with the salesperson and the GM of the dealership. I called maxim Cody answered all my questions. asked him about the price of 2 bikes he told me to give him about 20 minutes and he would get right back with me. Cody got back with me within the time he said. And had 2 Honda crf250f that I was looking for. And gave me a lot better deal than the dealership in Houston was willing to give me. Then we went to financing and it was the same process. No problems no hassle and no B.S. Cody and Megan were awesome and I will definitely go back to maxim to buy again. Was looking to compare a couple models before a final purchase and the Maxim staff was great. The bike I was interested in needed a battery and they were quick to get it done while we grabbed lunch. After lunch, armed with a brand new battery, I was given directions for a good route and sent on a test ride. Upon returning to the dealership, knowing this was the right bike but having a few questions/issues, I talked it over with Cody (sales rep extraordinaire) and without any high pressure was on my way home. I didnt have to fight to leave or get passed to four other people! Ten minutes later I received the call that the question I had was figured out and it had only been a matter of resetting the electronics after the battery swap. I was in traffic headed home for dinner so we left it at a handshake deal till the next day when I picked it up. Probably my best dealership experience ever, and that says a lot cuz I used to manage in the car business and am a professional fleet manager. Great job Maxim.

I cant say enough good things about Maxim Honda Yamaha. This was my first bike and I was buying it on my own, but Cody and Josh were absolutely amazing and treated this newbie very well and I couldnt be more grateful. This place is nothing short of "Guy Eye Candy"! The store is beautifully designed and contains everything you need to start riding or up your game. It's been hard for ATV and Motorcycle dealers to get new stock in due to COVID-19 but MHY is relatively well stocked. Saturdays are busy and you'll have to wait as no amount of staff is sufficient for high volume days. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Masks are mandatory.

My son decided he would like to get into motorcycle riding. His first step was to complete the Basic Rider course, which he did successfully. We did a lot of research on starter bikes, and decided on the new Yamaha R3. I called up Maxim and spoke with Buzz. He told me they had one black R3 left, but more were scheduled to arrive in the coming weeks. We stopped by that day and was greeted, in person, by Buzz. I've always had great service with Maxim but in particular when my bike died recently. I made the mistake of getting some work done at another shop, and the bike died the day after I got it back because of their shoddy work. I was forced to leave it in the Maxim lot late on a Sunday night, and Dave Bryson personally went to the shop Monday morning when the shop was closed to make sure it was secure, after he received my Facebook message about the situation. Maxim has a customer for life.

Chris Fritz was my Sales Person and he provided exceptional customer service. Although he had one customer ahead of me and I arrived about 5:45pm April 19th, he kept in touch with me, updating me how soon we would be getting started with appraising my trade as well as starting paperwork on my purchase. I was soon introduced to the Sales Mgr., Mr. Dave Bryson, who walked me thru the #'s on the paperwork. Not only was I not at all rushed thru the paperwork process, Mr. Bryson was very patient and answered all of my questions and concerns, regarding extended warranties and service contracts. I must say that the store hours were from 9-7pm and Mr. Bryson was already late with an appointment that he had with his wife with the clock already at 7:20pm , but I never felt rushed or was hurried along with the paperwork, in which I also took time to contact my insurance company to confirm coverage, Mr. Bryson and Mr. Fritz both were still there with me until I completed signing all of my paperwork and the keys to my new Honda 2013 CB500X were finally in my hands. I had an enjoyable experience with my purchase. There was still a few moments left that I was even introduced to the parts dept., Service area until finally we left the building for a picture to be taken of my new Bike and I in front of the store. This is my third bike and never have I ever received such customer service. Look forward to doing business with Maxim Honda in the future. Thank you all.

I was looking for a 2012 white goldwing all over town. Couldn't find one. I called maxim told them what I was looking for. They said they didnt have one but give them 30 minutes and they would call me back. 30 minutes later they called me back said they can get one when would I like to pick it up. That was Thursday night. I am a happy Gold wing owner Saturday morning. Every part of the process was great. I definitely recommend them. Several years ago I purchased a 4-wheeler from Maxim to ship to Honduras. This was an unusual situation because of all the red tape involved but Maxim stepped up and got it done without problems. That experience brought me back to Maxim when I was in the market for a new Goldwing. While price is certainly important, to me customer service and dealer honesty and integrity is the deciding factor. When negotiating to purchase my Goldwing, I shopped several dealers, local and out of state. I explained upfront that I would not tolerate being mislead or lied to and if I even suspected the dealer was doing so, I would walk out. I did in fact walk out of several dealers even though they quoted cheaper prices, they had lost my trust and business. I made my second major purchase at Maxim because they went out of their way to be upfront and honest with me. I was raised to believe a man is only as good as his word. My word is worth more than anything written on paper and that is what I expect from others. Maxim has lived up to that belief and has earned my respect, loyalty, and business. Policies, procedures, rules, and laws govern today's society because so many people and business's are dishonest. Having a dealer like Maxim that will "DO THE RIGHT THING" regardless of what the rules say is invaluable to me. I have experienced this attitude in sales, accessories, parts, and service, that shows me it's the universal attitude shared throughout the dealership. Maxim, unless you change your commitment to customer service and put the dollar before the customer, I will remain a loyal customer and recomend you to all that will listen.

I have yet to purchase a bike, but I've been a honda enthusiast since I got my first civic when i was 16. I found Maxim Motorsports while i was working valet at Watters Creek a block away from the dealer. I fell in love with the CBR 600RR and Kevin did everything he could to get me on that bike. He's an excelent people person and didnt make me feel pressured to buy the bike at all. Ive been to other Honda Motorcycle dealers, and they've all treated me like I was an idiot. I've been following the CBR model and ridden various 600rr's that my friends own, and I know a great deal more than the sales associates seem to think I do. The only time I've ever felt comfortable looking at bikes is when I'm at Maxim. I'd refer anyone to them, reguardless of what kind of bike or quad they have. They are excellent.

I live in Layton, Ut. I'm visiting family in the area and realize the rear tire on my 1600 Nomad might not make it back home. I called your dealership to see if you had a tire for my bike since the local Kawasaki dealer didn't have it in stock. I was amazed....in the matter of TWO hours I had been to your shop, bought the tire and your excellent service dept had it mounted and even found and corrected several minor problems on the bike. Everyone I came in contact with at your dealership treated me like I was family. Thank you all......It was so refreshing to find a shop that KNOWS CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR HELP. I watched Chris work on my bike from a window in customer service. The bike was covered with 2000 miles of road grime and bugs.. watching him work was so refreshing, the only clean spot on the bike was whatever he touched----he cleaned, inspected, and made sure the work was done correctly.

Yesterday I picked up a new, '07 Goldwing. This is th 19th motorcycle that I have purchased in my lifetime, and if I have learned anything at all in that many transactions I have learned that a motorcycle purchase is more than a single transaction. It is the first step in a relationship that will go on for some time. The group at Maxim very clearly understands the importance of the relationship, because they go to great lengths to help foster the relationship and to make sure that the buyer is comfortable with every single aspect of the purchase. From the purchasing experience, through the accessorizing experience and through the F&I process, Maxim gets it right. And those experiences are most important because they are indicitive of what is to come for the next several years as I own my new "'Wing." Each time I visit your location, I receive phenomenal care from every staff member I come in contact with. From remembering my name from the time before, to simply checking to see if I'm ok while I wait. I would like to point out one situation in particular that impressed me further. While taking the occasional ride by myself last Saturday, something happened that never happened before; I had a flat on my motorcycle. Being that it was 4:30 in the afternoon, I immediately transformed from a confident rider to a panic-stricken female at the mercy of whom every stopped. I was able to pull my motorcycle into a parking lot and began trying to reach someone who could tell me what to do and to pick me up. I knew that the "shop" would still be open, so I called to ask what to do. I initially spoke with Dane Meyers, who immediately got Nathan Herrington to the phone. Since I've worked with Nathan in the past, may face lit up like a Christmas tree on Christmas Eve night. Nathan gave me several options, none of which would work for me. I thanked him and told him I would just leave my motorcycle where it was and try to find someone to pick me up and take me home. He then asked me to keep my cell phone on and he would call me right back. In less than 5 minutes he called me back and said "Rita, we're coming to get you". When he explained my situation to Dane Meyers and Scott Everson, they decided "Lets go get her". Keep in mind that by that time it was about time for the shop to close. When Dane and Scott reached me, it was about 5:30 and they both apologized that I had to wait. WOW! I live in Little Elm and told them that I was concerned about how I was going to get home. The two guys looked at me and said, "We're going to take your motorcycle back to the shop and fix the flat and you can ride home". Another WOW! To make a long story short, while Dane and Scott could have said, "Hey, I'm off work and want to go home and spend time with my family". Nathan could have said, "My baby brother's wife is in delivery having their first baby and I want to be there", they all three decided to stay there with me and make sure I got safely on my way. WOW! The success of every business hinges on how we treat our clients. I commend you for the above and beyond customer service your staff exemplifies each and every time I come in contact with them. With regard to Dane, Scott and Nathan, the only thing I can think is WOW!

I didn't get the guys name who waited on me Tues. morning 08-14-07, but he was courteous and explained my bill and advised me when I needed to bring the bike back in for other services. I was trying to find someone to work on my 1971 Honda 90 no one wanted to work on it.and a few people that did didn't fix the problem. I went into the Texas store in Gainesville and told them about my problem they recommended me to talk to the service department in Alan Texas I did. they fixed my bike. I have no problems with it. it runs like a dream. while I was picking my bike up I decided to buy one more motorcycle VTX1800c runs great looks good you like the store from Lucy Nathan Bobby Jim and Ray no pressure no hassle great place.

I called around to every dealer in the metroplex attempting to find a leftover 2006 red/blk CBR1000RR. Maxim had it, and gave me the OTD price I asked for with no haggling at all. I chose to purchase my bike from Maxim Motor Sport because of my positive experience with your sales associate, Brandon Luther. A woman walking into a bike shop by herself is often invisible. This is not the case with Brandon and, although I'm sure Honda sells the same bike all over town, Brandon's the guy I'll send my friends to, both women and men because most of the guys I ride with have wives who ride, as well as, mothers, sisters, and neighbors. Brandon will see me again, as well as, many of my friends.

We bought our new 2006 Goldwing and had it triked out with the California Side Car from Maxim last year. Bob Landry made it a virtually painless experience. He was SO helpful and had such great suggestions that we pretty much took his advice on everything and COULD NOT be happier with our trike! Not only that, when my husband bought a used Goldwing from an individual earlier this year, Bob was great in answering some questions he had about it. Wait, I can't be talking about BOB, it has to be someone else.....Why would anyone want to come to see BOB just for the heck of it? My main contact began with Luke Benson of sales by phone. He was courteous and knew what was on hand at the store I was looking for. The following day I arrived and Luke got me started on my purchase of a new Goldwing. Luke has a rare ability not found in a lot of sales folks these days, he listens to his clients and acts on their questions and comments. While Luke was begining the paperwork end of the deal, he brought in Bob Landry of Parts and Accessories to talk to me. Bob is a character. He showed me the "fully dressed" Goldwing and explained products that are safety, comfort and "bling" related. I ended up ordering several accessory lights mounted on the bike as the added safety by visibility he had described made a lot of sense. Bob's enthusium is almost contagious! The third member of this Team is Kathleen Perryman, the Finance Manager. Her love of motorcycling is apparent as she goes through all the finance paperwork. An added bonus to her friendly, out going personality is her ability to explain (in understandable terms) the business end of the deal. Couldn't find a local shop that would just talk straight with me. I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay, but I think the local guys were waiting to see if they could get a "higher bidder" so to speak. After playing the waiting game for several days, I called the shop in Gainsville. Told them what I wanted and my price, and I got a call back in 10 MINUTES asking me when I was coming to pick it up !! That is what I call service. Have been to the service dept. once for my break-in check up, and those guys are first class too !! I would recommend the shop in Gainsville to ANYBODY in N. Texas.

All of their personnel are extremely professional in their conduct and they make you feel like you're a valued customer and member of the Maxim Honda/Yamaha family. I recently purchased a new 2024 Honda Goldwing Tour DCT Airbag and they installed a full Goldstrike LED light package, as well other parts and accessories on the motorcycle for me. It doesn't matter which department you deal with, they are all outstanding. But just to name a few by name, I was blessed by Joel and Austin in services, Barry in customer services, Jef, Menace and others in sales, Josh in parts and accessories, Craig in finance, and even Faith from Goldstrike (with a free Goldstrike T-shirt). My son-in-law was so impressed with my experience that we returned together weeks later and purchased another new 2024 Honda Goldwing Tour DCT for him. Josh further blessed him with a free Klim jacket that had been donated by another customer. Maxim Honda/Yamaha is absolutely superb when it comes to customer service and appreciation. I will always use them for all my motorcycle maintenance, accessories, parts and service needs.
